Over the past Memorial Day Weekend we threw together a small dinner with our neighbors which ended in a backyard movie. Of course I had to snap a few images as I won't be modest when I say that Bryce and I have probably one of the most perfect backyards in Hermosa Beach. (Most people tell us this, but our secret is expensive fake grass. No shame.) -AG

It's the second time I've witnessed the "Blood Moon" but first time I've been able to capture the event on camera. I was not sure if it would be shootable being in the city but it managed to turn out. I'm also pretty sure that to the right of both moons you will see the little white speck and that I think would be Mars. "Neat", says the old science nerd. -AG
